Improving road safety in small towns based on a systematic approach

Currently improving road safety is the priority task in field of transport management. In our opinion, making management decisions to reduce accidents number and injuries rate should be based on a systematic approach identifying accidents’ causes severity. This can achieved using, among other things, analysis statistical data violations dynamics. A model so-called Haddon Matrix was used as method preliminary identification influencing factors possible measures for their elimination. The results are presented particular settlement.
